"I flew LHR to JFK, I made all efforts to paid a cab to get to the airport on time, but on check in I was told the flight is 2 hours behind schedule. After the wait and once boarded we were made to wait for 3 hours, first waiting for a transfer passenger then ground staff had a wrong count so they came in and did a manual count. Atlast after 5-6 hours behind schedule the flight started to tow and i saw a big pile of somoke from the window like an old diesel car. The overhead luggage rack was shking throughout the lift. the entertainment system does not work, no alcohol served. I was actually wondering if we will ever reach NY. Overall a very bad experience. Before I flew back I made sure that I emailed all my bank accounts passwords to my wife and best friend just in case. My advise please DO NOT fly Kuwait airways."
